Went here because my extended warranty company recommended them and set the appointment. They actually got me in two days BEFORE my appointment date. First of all SAL was gracious, informative and didn't treat me like an idiot as most mechanics do when they see your a woman within the first five minutes. Second, they got my car in and up and within five minutes had initially looked at it and that made me feel like they were truly going to figure out what was wrong. I left my car there knowing that it was in good hands. My car was fixed, ALL repairs made and back to me and they actually found a few other repairs needed that I hadn't brought it to them for that were needed (yes I know what you are going to say, they just want more money). However, I've run a car shop in my career path and its their job to let you know what needs to be done, and find things that can potentially cause you problems down the road. If your Doctor saw that you had a blockage in your heart, and didn't tell you about it now, and you had a heart attack in two weeks, would you go back and blame him? YES, you would. Same with your mechanic. Don't get me started. I will definitely be taking my BMW 328i back to Sal and the shop for all my mechanical needs in the future. GREAT service GREAT communication and all around made me feel super comfortable. Thank you to Sal and the shop for all the work on my car! Highly recommended!!!
