I came to Fremont auto center for the first time for my oil changed maintenance. I met Sal the owner, and Jack. Very nice and honest gentlemen. They performed a general inspection on my car and sent me a completed report via text and email for me to review. Noting all the manufacturing recommended services to be done and specified my actual and specific normal ranges for my front and rear breaks. Mentioned all the fluid like transmission, coolant, engine, brakes and etc.. I appreciate the honesty of this business especially for a woman. I will be back for my brakes and rotors and also transmission fluid change. I highly recommend this place for your general car maintenance. Thank you so much!!

I made an appointment with Fremont Auto Center online through their website, unaware that they shared a garage with three other repair shops. I had a terrible time with the gentleman who owned the shop in front of theirs, who lied and told me I was in the right place, which wasn't corrected until I called Fremont Auto Center looking for an update. Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car, and the pictures they include with everything were awesome. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)

I had engine check light and idle noise issues on my Volvo XC90 T8, which is a hybrid. I wasn't sure about taking my car to Fremont Auto Center considering the complexities of modern European cars and all the software tools one might need to fix. But after discussing with Sal, I got a confidence that these guys are good and honest. Sal even mentioned that some issues they cant fix, they will take the car to dearship and get done. So, i left the car for engine issues there, Sal figured out that it was a breather (I thought it must be pulley bearing or something), replaced the part in a day, did the required oil change and the car is running like new. The bill was around 1000, but considering that the part itself was couple of hundred bucks and there was some hours of labor involved, plus oil change of $250, I am quite happy with the outcome. Will take my cars there from now onwards.. Thank you Sal for a great work done.

This family owned business one of the best in the Fremont area, their owner and all The employees are very friendly, they provide estimates that are reasonable and accurate no surprises , they complete work on time as they promise! I would recommend anyone looking for place to get Car serviced!! Also they offer online appointments and payments great for folks who are on the move
