Excellent service. Fremont Auto Center communicated the repair status very clearly and sent daily updates on the progress. My vehicle wouldn't start at all when I brought it in. They explained the different possibilities and did a thorough troubleshooting and quickly identified the problem. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them again.

I took my wheelchair accessible van for maintenance and Sal and his team were upfront about everything. There were no hidden costs and parts and labor were itemized on their repair estimate. I like the communication via text or email and thorough inspection. I would recommend this shop if you want to keep your car running well.

I brought my Disability Van because the check engine light came on. After Sal looked at my engine extensively. Sal said my engine had a ticking sound along with other issues. After I came to pick up my Van, Sal showed me all the parts that were replaced. To get the big picture of repair. Sal and his colleagues are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their service. I got my 2012 BMW 328i serviced yesterday and I particularly liked how they did a complete checkup for my vehicle and recommended a step by step plan to get the service done. I like how they explained everything to me. The systems they use to document the service and communicate the status and invoices is excellent. They even dropped me and picked me up after the service was done. I highly recommend Fremont Auto Center for all your car service needs.
