This shop has a secure key drop off service and an online app to enter information on your vehicle, approve any repairs, and pay for the service. The service team was quick to diagnosis the issue with my car and provided me with several solutions using the software tools needed to diagnosis the Mercedes. I was unable to afford the cost of the total repairs at the time. The shop was very understanding and had a very professional attitude when I said I'd just come get the car. I paid the $155 diagnosis fee and had the car towed away. The owner, Sal, was extremely courteous. If you're needing a percise diagnosis in the Fremont area, I highly recommend this shop.
