I've used Fremont Auto Center a few times and I am amazed at their level of customer service. It's always polite and courteous. They are detailed in explaining what needs to be done ... and also pointing out things that can be deferred so that you save time and money. Chances are, if they find nothing wrong with your car, you will probably just drive away without spending a dime. They are punctual and complete the service at the scheduled time. Check-in and check-out is super -fast, taking just a few minutes. Their work is excellent and comes with an online report that is backed up with photos of your car's parts that were serviced.

Sal and Martin are fantastic. I have an Audi which has developed coolant leak. Went to Dealer and they said water pump needs to be replaced at the cost of over two grands. I came to Fremont Auto Center. They did pressure test and found out the leak is from reservoir cap. The cost is barely over 100. They earned my business.

They found the trouble on all 3 of my issues and they fixed it without charging morr than the price the quoted. They even researched and found a recall that did not get done previously.

I decided to switch from the Porsche dealer service and to find something better priced. Fremont Auto Center had high ratings and was reasonably priced. The service was completed in the promised time, and I received full check up report. Check in and checkout process was prompt and courteous. I plan to stay with FAC.

My car wouldn't start this morning and I called Fremont auto center. They saw my car right away and were able to quickly diagnose the problem. They explained the issue to me, gave me an estimate and fixed it really fast. I really appreciate the fast turn around and will be bringing my car back for future maintenance.
