The staff here went above and beyond. I took my car in for an apparent shaking and rattling. My issues were taken care of and I was given more information regarding issues I had not previously known about. Sal and Martin both explained what repairs I should look at servicing soon, more than I asked for.

We took our VW to Fremont Auto Center as it was part of the CarMax service network and I expected them to have experience with European cars. The service was great, everything was explained & options were provided, they were friendly but remained professional, and I would recommend them for any service or repairs. I also liked that the appointment could be scheduled online and several reminders were sent prior. Overall very good service & experience.
