I paid a premium for his services. He wouldn’t budge at all for discounts. Other mechanics offered even small discounts. Had to wait 2 weeks. Waiting 2 weeks put me at disadvantage because felt waited so long. Left bad taste, I thought it would be higher level quality service. Just at most average, nothing special. Paying premium, I had higher expectations perhaps car wash or vacuum. He couldn’t troubleshoot another problem because didn’t have a $4k tool. I regret not leaving after failing my negotiation because there are so many mechanics in the area.

This shop is excellent! Sal and Martin were both very kind and explained the in and outs of everything that was going to be done on my vehicle. They completed the job for a very reasonable price, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This is the shop to go to!

Sal is talented, unpretentious and gets results. He and his small team do might work! I take my smartcar there - its the only place other than the dealership that can handle it and they are great.
