I have had several experiences with Fremont Auto Center and have been very satisfied with the services I've received for my daughter's short-lived Honda Accord and my Hyundai Tucson. The staff is very friendly, and communication is efficient via text and phone calls. Drop-off and pick-up are easy. I appreciate their making car maintenance easy.

Called asking for an oil/ filter change with a tire rotation. Was told they would do that along with their basic package/ inspection. Asked if there was any extra fee or cost and was told no. Maybe they meant the package doesn’t cost more with the inspection but the fact that I called asking for just an oil change and tire rotation and they threw something else in without explicit approval and acknowledgement that it cost extra is a little sleazy in my opinion. They ended up adding an extra “engine oil supplement” for $34.30 extra and taking three hours even with an appointment. Won’t be going back
What an auto repair shop should be: courteous, competent, communicative. I'm so pleased my insurance company directed me to Fremont Auto Center. If I ever need another repair job done, I'll come here.
Sal, Martin and their team are great to work with. Always keeping me up to date and I was sold on the shops expertise when sal started chatting with me about 303 aircraft protectant and oscilloscopes for circuit line level troubleshooting. Being prior military I valued all the methods he used, so I know my car was being repaired by experienced techs. Thank you!
