I'll admit, the oil change I got here was not the cheapest I've ever gotten. But I also know that he listened to what I was telling him about my truck and understood. He didn't guess about an issue I was having, and asked follow up questions to dive into the problem deeper. Furthermore, he admitted he had not heard of the problem before but would research it. Upon picking up my truck, I had completely forgotten I even asked about this specific problem, but he had done his research and gave me his thoughts on it. He treats every customer of his like a friend, which may make 1-2 people in front of you take a few minutes to be on their way before your turn.
