I showed up without an appointment to see Sal for a fairly serious brake issue. Even though Sal had a busy schedule, he did not want me on the road with bad brakes so adjusted his schedule to work on my car right away. He explained the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. Also, I had been told about a couple of other issues, which Sal looked at and told me not to replace parts (as advised by other shops)...so high marks for integrity. He delivered the car on time and stayed in touch with me via text during the day. Will definitely go back in the future

Sal was very helpful and truthful with car's problem. He didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and genuinely wanted to help. He helped me saved more than a thousand dollar by providing recall info for me to argue with BMW dealer. I will bring my car to him for service from now on with his honesty and reasonable rate.
