Sal is an amazing, knowledgeable person and will not recommend a repair/service unless its absolutely required. I went to Fremont Auto Center, for an oil change and he was kind enough to walk me through the status of all the other major parts on the car. Definitely going back to him for all future services.

Sal, as always, is reliable and consistent. He was able to diagnose my issue within seconds. He showed me exactly why my equipment had failed and what he had to do to replace it. Hence the reason for the five stars.

First timer, so far so good. Checked necessary part replacement after oil change (within 30 min) @Reasonable price! Not sure about the quality of the parts get, we'll see over time. But service and time of waiting is way better than other oil changers or dealership service center.

Fast, efficient and personal. Highly recommend!

I went to meet and get a quote from Sal about 2 months ago for a very small work - He fixed it in 1 minute (nothing fancy), but did not charge - I was pleasantly surprised - but I could see he is genuinely nice and warm. I went there again for my 60K service for my Lexus - He did everything a dealership would do, for a similar service for a considerably lower cost. It was evident that he only suggested replacements only when needed and not necessarily to rip me off. I went there again yesterday for another very minor issue of a hanging visor on driver side - he came out with his screwdriver, got that fixed in a minute and when asked how much I owe him - zilch again - It is so refreshing to see an auto repair person truly this genuine, customer-centric and showing great integrity. I would highly recommend him for all your auto repair needs.

I had issues with my car turning the Engine Check light on, so this morning I called here and had a quick check. Sal was very generous and pleasant person to talk with. Great service. Highly recommended!

Sal is great. He was very polite and helped me from beginning to end starting with the quote. I took my car to another mechanic, actually the mechanic right next to him on the street, and he barely inspected my car and quoted me for $300. He did not even explain what that $300 was going towards. I had no idea how much the parts would cost. Sal inspected my car with a flashlight, explained what parts were damaged, and how that affected my car. He gave me tons of great information. He then looked up the parts that needed to be replaced online, and Then he quoted me for $170, showing me the price of the parts. I couldn't refute that price, and the service he gave me for a free quote was exceptional. I would have felt bad to go with anyone else. Immediately after i accepted his business, he fixed the door to my car as well for free. My car door was missing a screw on the hinge, so the car door was opening a little wider than it should. When the parts finally came in, he fixed my car up in 30 minutes. The service was quick, exceptional, and professional. I would gladly recommend Sal to anyone with car troubles! I almost forgot to mention, he also adjusted my tire pressure for free. :-)
