I went in for a simple oil change. It was the first time I have ever paid to have someone else change my oil rather than doing it myself, so I don't have much of a reference point, but the service was efficient and friendly. I appreciate how easy it was to book online and the general paperless approach.

Great service and highly qualified personal! I received a full diagnostics map of my newly bought car with all the existing and potential issues and professional review of them: like what needs to be done ASAP, and what can wait till the next time. Fremont Auto Center dows great work. We had taken our 1999 Toyota Camry to one of the 'large chains' because of a check engine light. Th ran a computer diagnostic and quote us $750 for repair. I took the car to Fremont Auto Center, and they immediately diagnosed our problem. We decided to have a complete assessment done, since the car was older and we weren't too confident in the previous service providers' work. That analysis cost approximately $125, and fixing the check engine problem was covered by the assessment fee. They also advised us about additional recommended work if we want to keep the car running well. We've gone to them on two additional occasions. They work was consistent, and excellent. We have moved out of state, so sadly we won't be able to go to these guys anymore. I recommend them highly. They also work on BMW's and mercedes.
