My car needed a ton of maintenance work that I had been putting off. I brought it in, described the problems I had observed and left it for the day. They soon emailed me a full inspection report, which at a glance was pretty scary. I called Sal and he very patiently walked me through the inspection report, what needed to be done immediately and what could wait until my next oil change. I was updated in a timely manner on how the car coming along and when I arrived to pick it up, he showed me some of the old parts that were replaced and described a few of the other things he had done for the car!
