Very good service. Giving a 4 because after repair the steering got misaligned not a major problem but needs a separate fix.

I recently acquired my Mercedes and a co-worker highly recommended that I give Fremont Auto Center a try. I was pleasantly pleased! Great and friendly customer service. I have taken my vehicle a few times, and every time, Sal has been very honest and up front with me about what my vehicle needs. I too, highly recommend it, especially if you're a female, as you will not be taken advantage.

Sal was great and took care of my car in a quick and timely fashion. I brought my car in at 9am, he correctly diagnosed my car’s broken axle and was finished with it before 2pm! Wow! That’s fast and the car drives like new! Thanks Sal!

Great experience , professional , delivered as promised. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Sal. I came in for a check engine light fix. I told him my purpose is to just pass smog. He explained clearly and Replaced the necessary sensors. Passed smog!

I have received nothing but the highest level of service from the Fremont Auto Center. Sal was able to diagnose a problem immediately that the dealer couldn't figure out. Additionally, he kept his shop open late on a Friday so I could use my vehicle on a trip that weekend. I recommend Fremont Auto Center to everyone without hesitation.

Fremont Auto Center took my car on short notice for a routine service and completed the job on the same day it went in. Ever feel trapped when a dealer just sits in your car for a week when they promised 2 day service? That’s not going to happen at Fremont Auto Center. I liked that they listed out things that needed to be fixed separate from those that need to be watched. Other shops might tend towards lumping it all in as must fix now, but these guys are straight up honest with you. When I picked up my car, they had a box of replaced parts which I almost never get at other places. I could see for myself why those parts had to be replaced. Then we discussed monitoring for other potential problems to see if we would need a follow up. I would recommend this place for not only routine service but also for diagnostics of problems that most other shops just don’t have the skills for.

I'm very pleased with the service that I received. I came to Sal seeking help with a problem that the previous shop had not yet been able to diagnose. I appreciated the appointment time that was dedicated to my vehicle. My time was deemed important. My car is fixed and now running well and I'm very happy about that.
