My car needed a ton of maintenance work that I had been putting off. I brought it in, described the problems I had observed and left it for the day. They soon emailed me a full inspection report, which at a glance was pretty scary. I called Sal and he very patiently walked me through the inspection report, what needed to be done immediately and what could wait until my next oil change. I was updated in a timely manner on how the car coming along and when I arrived to pick it up, he showed me some of the old parts that were replaced and described a few of the other things he had done for the car! Overall GREAT first experience, I will definitely be back! Thanks again for the awesome service.

Sal was professional and seems honest. I was not sure if I should bring my Porche Macan in at first, but he seems experienced when answering my question. I ended up using him for the whole 20,000 mile services. I would go back again for the 40,000 mile services.

Great service!! Sal is very transparent and honest with you. I met Sal few years ago and I asked about the car I wanted to buy and he gave me his honest opinion and cost structure of maintenance on that brand. Few weeks back I bought the car and took to him I had to have mud guards installed which he did with fraction of costs what dealership quoted to me. Also, I asked him about regular services, he gave me honest opinion. An honest and expert car mechanics are very rare nowadays. I would say - Sal is one of those and I have and would highly recommend Sal's services at Fremont Auto Center, no doubt about it.
